A notice little guitar?
I play acoustic guitar for a little over a year now and I'm eager to upgrade to a guitar better. I am small, small hands and all that jazz so I tested one that is slightly smaller than the standard. http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Martin-00015S-Guitar?sku=514769 I really like the sound, look and feel of it. I think I'm wanting to know is before I purchase is really better I could get for about the same price. It seems that when I bought my first everyone told me I could of got better for the same price. You buy the Martin 000-15? If so here are the facts as opposed to another response. Martin is regarded by almost everyone to be the production model Top on the market today. Guild and Fender are many names, but Martin is probably best. It true Gibson and Taylor. All models are smaller than their regular series Dreadnought and are less expensive. My shop is a distributor of Martin and I played the smaller models and I am impressed by their tone and easy to play. I have a 1971 Martin D35. Taylor is an excellent 3 / 4 Model size as Gibson. Go to your local guitar shop and play several models and remember that this is your guitar and not theirs if you buy is what you want and feel good to you. If you buy, the workshop set up for you. You may want to have the bridge adjusted to lower the strings if your hands are small and looking for a slender neck. Epiphone has some models that have a neck a little thinner. They are manufactured by Gibson and I admit that 2 of them, but only my most recent was produced by Gibson. The Texan 1964 # 79 was still owned by Epiphone even if they were affiliated to Gibson. Hope this helps
